We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Our return policy lasts 30 for days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any discounts received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the return is processed. Refunds exclude any shipping charges incurred. Please note, a restocking fee of 25% is charged on returns of 10 or more items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please be sure to include the following information:
- Customer name and date of purchase
- Reason for return
- Order Number

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an authorisation number and instructions on where/how to return the item(s).
